Shipping & Delivery

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. Orders under 15 euros are shipped to most destination countries via Post Lithuania without tracking (priority international mail). If you prefer delivery by Registered Post with required signature, an additional cost will be applied. Orders over 15 euros are dispatched with tracking ID to all destination countries. In that case, we will provide you with an ID to track your package online.

To cater the needs of all customers, we offer the following delivery options at checkout so you can choose one which best suits your requirements.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order before making the payment. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Special care is taken to protect all items in the pacakge.

Returns

We trust that you will be satisfied with your purchase from our Shop. However, if you are not happy for any reason, you may be able to return the goods under following circumstances.

Change of mind

If you change your mind, you can return the goods at your expense within 14 days of when you received the item and we will issue full refund. Please note that purchased items have to be returned to us in original condition.

Goods damaged in transit

If any goods that you received are damaged or otherwise in a state of physical impairment, please contact us via email at info@europacept.eu with the details and we will organise a replacement or full refund via original payment method. We will not be in position to accept any Liability for Damaged goods if not contacted before returning items.

Item not as described

In the rare event if your item is not as described, please send us an email at info@europacept.eu with the details and we will organise a free return and a replacement for you.
